Aaron Lamar Sanford

Aaron Lamar Sanford, 55, of Springfield, Ohio departed this life on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 15, 1966 to Virginia Lee Sanford-Benton and John Sanford, Sr. He attended John R. Buchtel CLC in Akron, Ohio. “SanMan” was the life of the party. He was always laughing, joking, rapping, and dancing. Aaron leaves to cherish his memory: brother, John Sanford, Jr.; sisters, Keyla and Tina Benton; nephews, Jalil, Jamal, Jordae, and Natanel, Jr.; nieces, Nhyelle and Niomee Addison; great-niece, Ariya Lee Thomas; special godbrother, Craig Leslie; special cousins, Stephanie Jackson and Sparkle Eubanks, who cared for him towards the end of his battle; and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his parents, Aaron was preceded in death by his oldest sister, Alonda Lee Sanford. Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at El Bethel Temple, 2049 Clifton Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
