Alliyah Nicole Renee Glenn "moo, moo", 18, departed this life on Wednesday, January 1, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 2, 2001 to Nicole Gaines and Antwan Glenn. She attended Rockdale Academy and Roselawn Condon Elementary Schools, then graduated from Gilbert A. Dater High School in May 2019. Alliyah had a fun-filled life. She loved spending time with her godmother, Felicia Williams, and watching her favorite television shows with her grandma Ann. Alliyah really enjoyed watching Maury and Dancing with the Stars. She would yell at the television: "You are NOT the father!" Alliyah never ended a conversation without saying "Girl bye". She was the life of the party and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Alliyah leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Nicole Gaines; father, Antwan Glenn; an amazing stepfather, Cheyenne Morrison; sister, Cheyanne Morrison; brother, Keonte Morrison; grandmother, Margo Woodson; aunt, Dorian Turner (Mandi); uncle, Abdual-Aleem Ali; great-aunt, Linda Richard; great-uncle, Kareen Muhammad, Sr.; extended family, grandma, Ann Gaines; aunts, Laquita Gaines and Nancy Gaines; uncle, James Gaines; the Glenn family, and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, June E. Hodgkin; and great-uncle John (Johnny) Hodgkin. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Lee Chapel AME Church, 2009 Pogue Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208.
