Branden L. Billingsley

June 26, 1990 — December 31, 2020

Branden Lamont Billinglsey, 30, of Cincinnati Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. He was born on June 26, 1990 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Patricia Ann Billingsley. He attended several Cincinnati Public Schools; however, he graduated from Dohn Community High School. Branden believed in God and showed it in his own special way. Branden was fun-loving, dependable, and loved all children. He was stubborn but had a gentle soul that family and friends learned to love. Branden loved cars, going to car shows, fixing cars up, selling them, and loved to detail cars. If Branden was unable to repair your car, he knew someone that could. Branden loved shoes, women, partying, traveling, playing cornhole and winning, and playing cards for money. He had no shame in beating you in cards and taking your money. He was very competitive. Branden had an infectious smile and was always willing to help family and friends as he was very family-oriented. However, Brandon did not mind telling you exactly how he felt whether you agreed with him or not. You could always depend on Branden to hang out at picnics and attend all family gatherings. Branden remained himself and in high spirits, even during his last conversations with family and friends. His legacy will live on forever. Branden leaves to cherish fond memories: his mother, Patricia Billingsley; brothers, Elijah Kelley (Johneece), Donald Johnson, Donta Johnson and Michael Spears; sister, Nadia Johnson; uncle, Willie James Davis (Wanda); aunt, Jeanette Bomar (Rick); uncle, Tony Davis (Virginia); uncle, Darryl Davis (Denise); uncle, David Davis (LaTonya); and aunt, Linda Davis; cousins: Toni Davis, Robert L.F. Davis, Derrick Davis, Staci Bomar, Darnell Crews, Deai Mack, Jamal Davis, Janea Davis, David Davis, Jr., Lanise Davis, Darryl Davis, Jr., Tiffany Davis, Christina Davis, Vena Turner, Cathy Turner, and Greg Smith; nieces, Trinity Kelley and Brooklynn Kelley; nephew, Jayceon Kelley; special friends, Markisha, Emerald and Chris Dennis; and a host of other relatives, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Hattie Lee Billingsley; brother, Christopher Billingsley; sisters, Brianna and Kadejah Billingsley; and his maternal uncle, Robert Lee Davis. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at James Temple Church of God in Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Arrangements entrusted to the care of KINLEY Funeral Home.
