Chad Cummins

Chad Edward Cummins, 52, of Wapakoneta, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022 in his residence surrounded by his loved ones. He was born December 13, 1969 in Lima, Ohio, a son of Everett and Shirley (Monroe) Cummins. Chad was raised by his aunt and uncle, Lynn and Kirby Cummins.

He was an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns, enjoyed antiquing, garage sales, helping others, and tinkering around in the garage.

Chad leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of 23 years, Nicole Frances (Kramer) Cummins; two sons, Logan Cummins and Seth Cummins; aunt, Lynn Cummins; sisters, Kelli Rider and Kandi Brown; brothers, Paul Cummins, Norm Cummins and K.C. Cummins; and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Janeen Cummins; and uncle, Kirby Cummins.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Fellowship Hall, 101 W. Pearl St., Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895.
