Colonel Randolph, 73, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018. Committal Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in the Dayton National Cemetery located at 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428. Final arrangements entrusted to the care of the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home.
