Deborah D. Bridges

Deborah Denise Bridges, 51, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on the evening of Monday, November 28, 2022. Yahweh was looking for a willing soldier and Deborah answered the call. She was born in Gary, Indiana on August 5, 1971 to the union of Fred and Viola Bridges.

She attended the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research (IDMR) and believed in Yahweh’s Eternal Plan and Purpose. Deborah graduated from Withrow High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. After graduation, she worked in several different careers before settling on a career with the Cincinnati Public Schools.

Deborah was known for her strut, her quiet manner, and her great sense of humor. Her smile was infectious and captivated everyone she met. Nobody was a stranger to Deborah. Her favorite pastime was reading, dancing, drinking beer, and playing with her dog, King. King was her pride and joy…her baby.

Deborah leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Viola Johnson Bridges; brother, Fred Bridges III; nephew, Jonathan Bridges; niece, Paige Hasberry; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Bridges II; sister, Beverly Louise (Bridges) Hasberry; and brother-in-law, Bobbie Wayne Hasberry.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at James Temple Church of God in Christ (Annex Chapel), 1119 Lincoln Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
