Denise Chrisal Fullen-Carey

Denise Chrisal Fullen-Carey, 50, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in Springfield Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 9, 1967 in Springfield, Ohio. The daughter of Charles A. Fullen, Sr. and Beulah Rae (Batey) Fullen. Denise accepted Christ as her personal savoir at a young age at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Denise attended Clark County Joint Vocational School where she competed in speech and graduated with a degree in cosmetology. She was a manager at Fiesta and Regis Salon. Denise was known for her dazzling personality and the passion to help others in need. She was loved by many and enjoyed seeing others smile. She was extremely smart and witty with a quick sense of humor. She leaves to cherish in her memory her only daughter, Diamone (Justin) Carey, and her siblings, Charles (Stephanie) Fullen, Gloria (Hugh) Watts and Charlotte (Richard) Moss. Nephews: Marlowe (Monique) Fullen, Charles (CJ) Fullen, III; Hugh (Tre) Watts, III. Nieces: Jasmine Fullen, Shanita Watts, thirteen great nieces and nephews, and two great great nieces and nephews. Many loving cousins and special friends; Special Aunt, Pearl Ann Howard. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles A. Fullen Sr. and Beulah Rae (Batey) Fullen. Grandparents Pearl and Alonzo Embry. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1171 S Yellow Springs St, Springfield, Ohio 45506.
