Devin “Peanut” Baxter Moore, 25, of Springfield, Ohio was called to be with the Lord unexpectedly at Springfield Regional Medical Center on Friday, January 1, 2021. He was born July 7, 1995, the son of Valerie D. Moore and Paul Terrell. He graduated from Springfield High School (2014) and enjoyed playing baseball, dancing, and doing flips. Peanut also loved to watch his favorite NFL team, the Philadelphia Eagles, play and watching wrestling. What he enjoyed most of all was spending time with his son and family. Devin leaves to cherish his memory: son, Treyvon Payne; mother, Valerie Moore; father, Paul (Deidra) Terrell; sister, Janae (Johntae) Moore; brother, Devonte Moore; stepsisters, Candria Lynn, LaShonda Lynn, Damarie Harris; nephew, Tayveon Smoot; godparents, Valerie and James Cooper; godsisters, Latoya Kerby-Threats, Latoya Tanksley and Morgan Brown; honorary godsister, Shannon Meyers; aunts, Jaqueline Coleman, Myrna Rives, and Michelle (John) Swift; special cousin, Keisha Morgan; best-friends, Malik Tanksley and Dalisa Cunningham; and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dexter Moore; and grandparents, Helena Whitlow and Walter Moore. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at El Bethel Temple, 2049 Clifton Ave, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
