Earl Thomas Conn, Jr.

Earl Thomas "Tommy" Conn, Jr., 49, of Georgetown, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020 at good Samaritan hospital surrounded by his loved ones. He was born September 11, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Earl Thomas Conn, Sr. and Dorthey Mae Conn. He loved being outdoors and spending time with his kids and grandkids. Tommy grew up on the east end of Cincinnati where he loved playing baseball for the Blue Jays, a Cincinnati summer league. One summer when he was 12 years old, Tommy pitched a no hitter game helping his team win the championship that year. At the age of 14, the family moved to Felicity where he lived until his death. Tommy leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Deidre Conn; four children, Joshua Conn, Cara Conn, Brittney Conn, and Calista Conn; two stepchildren that he raised like his own, Dustin Skeene and Evelyn Sizemore; 15 grandchildren; four sisters, Barbara (Arnold) Secen, Alma Gregory, Shirley (Tommy) Lavilla, and Sonja Wheeler; two brothers, Eddie Wheeler and Jeffery (Rhonda) Conn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Conn, Sr. and Dorthey Conn; one brother, Dennis Wheeler; two nephews, Ronald J. Alsept and Ryan Wheeler; and one grandson, Joshua Conn, Jr. Tommy's contagious smile and charming personality made everyone who met him love him. He will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2020 at Friendship Baptist Church, 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45251.
