Eva “Jane” Gregg, 77, of Jamestown, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at her home peacefully with her family by her side. She was born in Xenia, Ohio on October 9, 1943 to the union of Ray and Ethel (Mussetter) Rukes. She was a graduate of Xenia High School and retired from Rinks Department Store after 18 years of service. Eva worked various other jobs including Twist in Jamestown. She loved taking care of her family. Eva especially enjoyed being with her family and friends during holidays. Eva leaves to cherish her memory: three children, Kevin (Dawn) Gregg of Jamestown, Ohio, Kent Gregg of Jamestown, Ohio, and Keith Gregg of Xenia, Ohio; grandchildren, Kevin Gregg, Jr., Kristina (Paul) Gregg, Hope (Burt) Gregg, Shawn (Jaylynn) Gregg, and Josh (Amber) Jarvis; 21 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, and cousins; special niece and nephew-in-law, Danielle and Drake Massie; step-son, Steve (Tammy) Sutton of Arizona; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; ex-husband, Delbert Gregg; partner of 29 years, James Sutton; granddaughter, Nickcole; niece, Renee Jordan; and sister, Vivian Montgomory.
