Glen Andrews, 59, of Batavia, Ohio passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. He was born in Jamaica Queens, New York. The son of the late Benjamin and Zerlean (Andrews) Upshaw, Glen cherished and devoted almost 30 years to his surviving wife, Daisy (McMahon) Andrews, who cherished and loved him and stayed by his side to the very end. Glen and Daisy truly valued their vows for sickness and in health until Glen was called to Heaven. Glen loved his family and was a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He is survived by his five children Glen Williams, Anthony Andrews, Sheri Andrews all of Springfield, Ohio, Kahlil Andrews, Antwan Andrews of Batavia, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jayden Williams, Miah Andrews of Springfield, Ohio, Ryland Andrews, Jayden Andrews of Cincinnati, Ohio; six siblings, Michael Upshaw, Roberta (Upshaw) Perry, Terri (Upshaw) Darby, Benetta (Upshaw) Davis, Kathy Upshaw, and Nina Clark all of Springfield, Ohio; devoted in-laws, Delores Gaines, Lisa Moore, Terri McMahon, Rodney McMahon, Tony McMahon, Pam Higgins, James Soles, and Tina Cole; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. In addition to his parents, Glen is preceded in death by his sister, Felice Andrews and brother, Joe Andrews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 34 W. Pleasant St., Springfield, Ohio 45506 with visitation starting at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
