Guy Victoria, 72, of Springfield, Ohio departed this life on Saturday, April 1, 2023. He was born on September 21, 1950 to the late Ruben and Ann Lee Victoria.
He worked for Victory Express for several years and later joined the Springfield City School system where he retired. Guy was a big fan of the Pittsburg Steelers. He loved fishing, singing, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Guy was married to Tawanda (Miller) for many years.
Guy leaves to cherish his memory: his only daughter, Amber Victoria; sons, Steve (Carman) Victoria of Hilliard, Ohio, Guy (Kim) Victoria III, and Jason Victoria all of Springfield, Ohio; brother, Richard (Rosemary) Victoria of Dayton, Ohio; sisters, Lee Ann (Jimmy) Johnson of Huber Heights, Ohio; Minister Reda Wallace of Springfield, Ohio; Curlean (Daniel) Davis of Huber Heights, Ohio; sister-in-law, Anita Victoria, of Springfield, Ohio; 22 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tawanda (Miller) Victoria; parents, Ruben and Ann Lee Victoria; brothers, Ruben Victoria, and Lamar (Angela) Victoria; sisters, Patricia (Victoria) Phillips, and Shirley Brown; great-granddaughter, Amber Kellie Boone; and nephew, Jay Johnson.
Guy will be sadly missed for his sense of humor and beautiful singing voice by many family and friends that truly loved him.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral service at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1171 S Yellow Springs St, Springfield, Ohio 45506. Interment: Ferncliff Cemetery.
