Janet Davis

Janet E. (Mills) Davis, 84, of Tacoma, Washington, formerly of Springfield, passed away December 13, 2021. She was born September 29, 1938 in Springfield, Ohio, a daughter of Edwin Alvin and Dorothea (Wells) Mills. Janet and her husband George enjoyed fishing at the catfish Hole, watching sports on TV, and caring for the grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband of 53 years, George D. Davis; children, Lee Ann Dunn, Dorothy Yates, Diana Taylor, and Kim Moss; 16 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Gaines and Bonita (Keith) Mills. She was preceded in death by her sons, Kenny Wilson and Guy Wilson; and son-in-law, Charles Taylor. Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 17, 2021 in the chapel at KINLEY Funeral Home, 1307 E. High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
