Julia A. Whitehead

Julia A. Whitehead, 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022. She was born in Cincinnati on October 16, 1954 to Tillie Mae (Barnett) and Charles Oliver Whitehead. Julia was the oldest of two children. She attended Madisonville Elementary and later went to Withrow High School. Although Julia didn’t graduate from high school, she obtained her G.E.D in her late 40’s which she was so proud. Julia worked several factory and nursing home jobs over the years, but her favorite was when she worked at the Talbert House. She enjoyed music with her favorite artists being Prince, Michael Jackson and Tupac. Julia loved to dance. She would sing and dance for hours sometimes, before she became ill. Julia was a person who believed in showing everyone love by always sending cards every holiday and every occasion. She believed in family and always wanted to be around as much as she could. Julia leaves to cherish her memory: her only sibling and sister, Charlene Jamison (Kenny - deceased); three adult children, Falana Whitehead, Charles Whitehead, and Dominique Whitehead; seven grandchildren: Pierre Sneed, Sr., Ja’Rod Whitehead, Malachi Whitehead, Carlos Whitehead, Christopher Whitehead, Amir Garr, and Ahzaria Whitehead; five great-grandchildren: Ny’Shawn, Ny’Erre, Jayden, Pierre, Jr., and Paris; five nieces: Tillina, Brittany, Shiana, Skye, and Braylinn; great-nephew, Santana; and a host of other relatives and friends whom she loved and loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by both parents, Charles and Tillie Whitehead; and grandmother, Julia Barnett. Services pending.
