Larrie D. Dubose, Jr.

Larrie Daniel DuBose, Jr., 34, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020. He was born June 10, 1986 to the late Larrie D. DuBose, Sr. and Arthurene Marks. He attended Kilgour Elementary, Shroder Padeia Junior High and went on to complete his schooling by obtaining his GED. Larrie played little league soccer and enjoyed watching football 🏈. In 2003 Larrie was baptized and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior by Reverend Tracy E. Ventus at New Mission Missionary Baptist Church (Madisonville). He worked for University Hospital as an assistant manager. Larrie loved to cook, knew how to do carpentry work, tattoo’s and cutting hair. Larrie leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Arthurene “Reenie” Marks, of which Larrie is her “One & Only Child”; daughter, LaMya Ny’Ashia DuBose; sisters, Crystal McCoy, Tammi White and LaKenya DuBose; brother, Verlin Stone; aunts, Ruth “Lady” Marks, Darlene DuBose, Marie Gordon, Jennifer Marks, and Jeanna Marks; uncles, Reginald Bonner and Robert D. DuBose; loving grandmother, Ida “Mikki” Glover; special cousin/brother/friend, Arthur Marks; godmother, Yvonne Lundy; godfathers, Ronald Gentry and Brian Peters; godsister, Jennifer "LuLu" Murphy; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Larrie D. DuBose, Sr.; sister, LaKira DuBose; grandfathers, Arthur Marks and Robert D. DuBose; grandmother, Willa D. DuBose; uncles, Bruce Bonner, Lonzo Roberson, Wendell Roberson, LeVernon DuBose and Timothy DuBose. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at James Temple Church of God in Christ, 1116 Lincoln Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
