Lloyd Dale Owens, Jr.

Lloyd Dale "Dink" Owens, Jr., 60, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 25, 2019. He was born October 14, 1958 to Lloyd Dale "Doe" Owens, Sr. and Charlene Liggins. Dink was raised by his paternal grandparents, Otis and Beatrice Owens. He attended Springfield South High School. Dink was a sharp dresser and enjoyed nature, music, and his all-American beverage. He leaves to cherish his memory son, Lamar "Sugar Bear" Johnson; special uncle, Bobby "Boo" Owens; paternal siblings, Edward "Eddie", Marlecia, Yvonne, Lee Ann, Lynne (Tracy), and Gary "Toot"; maternal siblings, Charon, Carmen, Chris, Cathy, and Cecil; and a host of loving aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents; four uncles, Norville "Dah", Otis "Buck", Eddie Jo "Sneak", Kenny Gideon; three aunts, Mosella "Dee Dee", Maxine "Mack", and Cornelia "Bonnie Mae"; and a host of cousins. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Greater Grace Temple, 380 West Leffel Lane, Springfield, Ohio 45506 with funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Jerry W.
