Lynnette Todd

Lynnette “Putt” (Bibbs) Todd, 57, of Springfield, Ohio passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 26, 2023. She was born in Springfield on September 18, 1966 to the late DS and Joan (Thomas) Bibbs.

She attended Springfield South High School and a few classes at O.I.C. Lynnette enjoyed gathering with family and friends, sitting at the card table playing a game of Bidwiz, and listening to some good music. Most of her quality time was spent hanging out with her two grandchildren creating beautiful memories. Lynnette found it humorous to play around and tease them along with her nieces and nephews. You never knew what she was going to do from pinching, poking, debating, “frogging you”, and just simple playful taps here and there when you walked past her.

Lynnette will be dearly missed by all and leaves to cherish her memory: two loving sons, William Bibbs (Kendra) of Texas, and Jerome Todd of Springfield, Ohio; two grandchildren, De’rome Bibbs, and Katana Bibbs both of Springfield, Ohio; siblings, Cynthia (Bibbs) Kemp (Andre), Roy Bibbs (Sharon), John Bibbs (Shanee), and Michelle (Bibbs) Dyer (Jerry) all of Springfield; aunt, Mary Simmons; two uncles, Leon (Debra) Bibbs and Homer (Linda) Bibbs; special sister-friend, Sharon Cunningham; special friend, Karen Will; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, DS and Joan (Thomas) Bibbs; four brothers: David S. Bibbs, Sr., Juan A.“Ricky” Bibbs, Jesse L. Bibbs, and Christopher L. Bibbs.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial service at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 in the Kinley Funeral Home Chapel, 1307 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
