Mark A. Roderick

Mark Arthur Roderick, 59 years young, of Rosewood, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 9, 1961 a son of George Roderick and Ruthann Webb. He was an aerospace technician at Honeywell and automotive genius/founder of Rodder Rick’s Customs automotive restoration shop. Mark leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, April Roderick; children, Joshua Roderick, Tabitha Roderick, Amber Roderick, Levi Roderick, and Logan Roderick; grandchildren, Meela Roderick, Tyler Palmer, Colton Roderick, Cayden Roderick, and Savannah Roderick; father, George Roderick; brothers, Monte Roderick (Shelli Roderick), Mickey Roderick (Jenny Roderick), Matthew Roderick (Traci Roderick), and Todd Roderick (Melissa); sister, Theresa Fain (Chris Fain); aunt, April Lee Webb; and a host of nieces and nephews that he held close to his heart, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruthann Webb; and son, Justin Roderick. Mark's spirit and memory will be carried on through his children and the passions he instilled in them. Art, cars, music—just to name a few. Once he put his mind to it, there was nothing he couldn’t do—however crazy it may have seemed to anyone else. Mark was a dreamer, a lover and above all else he loved his family unconditionally and proudly. He would have done anything for them, especially the love of his life, April. Not many people in this lifetime get to meet their soulmate, let alone spend 24 years making memories together. But they got lucky and found each other. He was loved by many and to say he will be missed would be an understatement. Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2021 in the Kinley Funeral Home Chapel, 1307 East High St, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
