Matthew Ratliff, 48, of Urbana, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020. He was born May 15, 1972 to Ova and Betty Ratliff. He loved spending time with his family, as well as, watching Nascar and football. Matthew leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Holly Ratliff; children, McKinley and Luke Ratliff, Winston Norris and Desirae Ratliff; grandchildren, Declan Norris, Kayden Campbell, Brantley and Lucille Friend; mother, Betty Ratliff; brother, Mark Ratliff; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ova Ratliff. A Celebration of life to be announced at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the care of KINLEY Funeral Home.
