Philip Blanchard, 66, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 in his home with his wife of 19 years by his side. He was born in Cincinnati on May 25, 1955 to the union of William and Roberta Blanchard. He leaves to cherish his memory: daughters, Alanna Blanchard and Leah Couch Dopf; sons, Ryan Blanchard and James Couch; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Aubrie, and Nolan; siblings, Ben Blanchard, Edward Blanchard, Janice Fullman, and Patty Blanchard; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, co-workers, and military family. Philip's wife would like everyone to know that he was a loving husband and a great father to his biological and stepchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Blanchard (May 17, 2021). A Memorial Service will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the American Legion Anderson Post 318, 6660 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 with Military Honors to be performed by the United States Navy.
