Scott L. Robinson

March 24, 1960 — November 10, 2023

Scott Lawrence Robinson, 63, of Fairborn, Ohio departed this life Friday, November 10, 2023. He was born at Wright Patterson Air Force Base on March 24, 1960 to Katherine (McDaniel/Robinson) Huffman of Riverdale, Ohio and Lawrence B. Robinson of Tempe, Arizona.

He was a member of the Springfield Ohio Bible Class. Scott was a world traveler and worked for US AirWays and later for American Airlines for 38 years. Later in life Scott met his wife, Jessica Evans, of the Chicago Northside Bible Class where they both studied and loved the true Gospel of Yahshua the Messiah. Later they relocated and made South Carolina their home where he retired at age 62.

Scott received his formal education at Wayne High School, where he loved to wrestle and play football. In high school Scott was often remembered for the infamous interception against a rival football team which is spoken of still today. Scott also mastered other games such as Sudoku, Chess, and Pool. Scott had a very good eye for art, growing up he loved to draw.

He also had a hidden talent that often time he was too shy to display. His wife would catch him every now and then singing Luther Vandross and she would say, "Okay, now that man can sing." Singing is a gift that runs through the family. The last pamphlet Scott was reading was written by Dr. Kinley on Faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Scott was the second eldest of five children: Reginal Robinson of Springfield, Ohio, David Robinson of Dayton, Ohio, Debra (husband Daniel) Williams of Trotwood, Ohio, and Sean (wife Eva) Huffman of EL Cajon, California. Scott leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Jessica (Evans) Robinson of South Carolina; three stepchildren, Cory of California, Jada and Jessica of Illinois; a host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law who love him dearly and enjoyed sitting around the table eating and supping in the gospel. Scott enjoyed reminiscing with his best friends: Larry Martin, Lamont Spence, Darralyn Brewin, Will and Lisa Mobley, America Airlines "Da Federation", Fort Lauderdale Family, and the Charlotte Douglas Family; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by Airy (aunt Katy) of Springfield, Ohio, who helped raised him; grandmother, Savannah Ketchum, of Toledo, Ohio; and Uncle James and Jess McDaniel of Springfield, Ohio.

Scott, Remembering you is easy, but there's an ache within my heart that will never be forgotten. We all loved you and will miss you dearly, but most importantly Yahshua Loved You First and all souls belong to Him (Ezekiel 18:4) Peace my dear Love, Jessica and the family. ♥️
