Tracy Lee Potts, 53, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019. He was born on July 25, 1965 to James Willard 'Butch' Potts, Jr. and Freda Fay (Cook) Hritz. He served in the United States Air Force from 1985 until 1992. Tracy loved life, his family and the Dallas Cowboys. Tracy leaves to cherish his memory: children, Brittney, Derrick, Kendra, Ryan and Jaycob; grandchildren, Carter, Caden and Owen; brothers, James and Benjamin; nieces, Kara and Marissa; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Freda F. Cook; father, James W. Potts, Jr.; paternal grandparents, James W. Potts, Sr. and Odie Potts; maternal grandparents, George R. Cook and Mildred E. Cook. Two days before Tracy's passing, his brother Michael Allen Potts also passed away. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday, June 22, 2019 in the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home Chapel, 1307 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505 with Memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
