Victoria L. Napier, age 73 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed from this life Sunday, September 9, 2018. Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ludmilla "Millie" Cboins; brother, Charles Cboins; and sister, Carol Cboins. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Napier (Ken); daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Jimmy Johnson of Tipp City, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan (Matt) and Theresa Napier of Wisconsin; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lou and Richard Touhey; brother and sister-in-law, Gerald (Mike) and Judy Cboins; grandchildren, Kylee, Patrick and Emily; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Our Lady of the Rosary, 22 Notre Dame Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45404.
